Most orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 1 to 3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

Tracking information is emailed on the day your order ships.

  • Undeliverable packages

  • Return to Sender shipments

  • Weather related or carrier delays

If an order is returned to sender, a refund will be issued once the package is received back.


Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

 

International Orders

 


International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees required by the destination country.

These fees are typically 15 to 20% and are paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.


Orders containing multiple items or large headwear accessories may incur additional shipping costs.


International orders must ship to the billing address, unless paid via PayPal.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages

  • U.S. orders: allow up to 10 business days from ship date

  • APO/FPO/Military orders: allow up to 15 business days

  • International orders: allow up to 30 days
